1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms explain how Perfect Drop is offered and used. They should be read alongside Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), which governs the license to use the App Store app. By using Perfect Drop, you agree to follow these Terms and the Standard EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. About Perfect Drop
Perfect Drop is a precision timing arcade game for iOS 18.6 or later, independently developed and published under the TechBuzzApps brand by an individual developer. It includes Classic, Endless, Daily Drop, Catch, Precision, Extreme, Micro and Micro Catch modes.
3. Eligibility and Appropriate Use
Use Perfect Drop only as permitted by applicable law and the Apple terms that apply to your use of the App Store. Do not interfere with the app or its services, exploit errors to gain an unfair advantage, or manipulate Game Center results.
4. Gameplay, Coins and Virtual Rewards
Coins, XP, levels, collectible balls and other in-game rewards are for use in supported Perfect Drop features. Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. A 500-coin Mode Pass gives one run of an eligible Premium challenge mode; a 100-coin continue is available once in an eligible survival run. Coin passes do not grant Premium or remove ads.
Rewards and game rules may change in future updates. Virtual rewards are not money and cannot be used outside Perfect Drop.
5. Game Center
Eligible Classic and Endless best scores, Daily Drop scores, Perfect streak records and achievements may be submitted to Apple Game Center. Eligible local progress may be submitted after you sign in, including progress earned before sign-in. Game Center account, leaderboard and achievement availability depends on Apple's services, your account and applicable game rules.
6. Premium Subscriptions
Optional monthly and yearly Premium subscriptions are purchased in Perfect Drop through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. While Premium is active, it unlocks Precision, Extreme, Micro and Micro Catch and suppresses forced interstitial ads. Optional rewarded ads remain available. The current plan and localized price are shown in the app before purchase.
7. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Manage or cancel through Apple's subscription settings; cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Restore Purchases is available in Perfect Drop Settings.
Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies. You can submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com. For licensed app terms, see Apple's Standard EULA.
8. Advertising
Free gameplay may include interstitial advertisements. Optional rewarded ads may offer coins or a continue in an eligible survival mode, subject to availability. Premium suppresses forced interstitial ads but does not remove optional rewarded ads.
9. Intellectual Property
Your rights to use Perfect Drop and its content are governed by Apple's Standard EULA and applicable law. These Terms do not grant additional rights to copy, distribute or commercially use the app or its content.
10. Availability and Changes
Features may depend on your device, iOS version, internet connection, Game Center, StoreKit and advertising services. Features and game rules may change as Perfect Drop is updated. We may update or discontinue features as part of maintaining or improving the app, subject to applicable law and your rights under Apple's terms.
11. Disclaimers
Disclaimers for the licensed app are governed by Apple's Standard EULA and applicable law. Some features depend on services or networks outside the developer's control, so uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Nothing here excludes consumer rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of Liability
Any limitation of liability for the licensed app is governed by Apple's Standard EULA and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or rights that cannot legally be limited.
13. Privacy
Perfect Drop stores game progress locally and uses Game Center, StoreKit, advertising, ATT and local notifications as described in the Perfect Drop Privacy Policy. Please review that policy for details about data handling and privacy choices.
14. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated when Perfect Drop, its features or applicable requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
