ColorBlitz is a color-matching and brain-training game independently developed and published by an individual developer under the TechBuzzApps brand. This policy explains how information is stored and handled when you play ColorBlitz.
1. Game Data and Progress
ColorBlitz stores game-related information locally on your device, including game sessions, scores, history and personal bests; coins, XP, reward records and progress; Daily Challenge completion information; game preferences and settings; and a local player identifier. The app uses this information to support gameplay and progression.
2. Game Center
ColorBlitz uses Apple Game Center for supported leaderboards. When a competitive run begins while Game Center is signed in, ColorBlitz stores the associated Game Center account identifier with the newly completed run so eligible scores can be associated with the account used for that run.
Runs completed while signed out, and older runs whose account ownership is unknown, remain local and are not automatically assigned to another account after sign-in or an account switch. For eligible scores, ColorBlitz can submit scores to Game Center and request leaderboard information. Apple handles Game Center information under its own Game Center privacy practices.
3. Advertising and Consent
ColorBlitz integrates Google Mobile Ads to provide interstitial and optional rewarded ads, and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present applicable consent choices. The app requests ads only when UMP indicates that ad requests may proceed. If consent information cannot be refreshed, the app disables ad requests. Privacy choices depend on the consent flow available to you.
Google's Mobile Ads services may process information such as device or app identifiers, IP address or approximate location, advertising interactions, app activity, diagnostics, crash information and performance data. Google may use this information for advertising delivery and measurement, fraud prevention, and related purposes according to the service and your privacy settings. The information involved can vary by ad request, device settings and consent choices. Read Google's Mobile Ads data disclosure and Google's Privacy Policy.
UMP manages applicable advertising consent choices. It does not replace Apple's App Tracking Transparency authorization where that authorization applies. ColorBlitz's release tracking behavior and related Apple disclosure requirements still need verification.
4. Premium Subscriptions
ColorBlitz offers optional monthly and yearly Premium subscriptions through Apple's App Store. Apple handles subscription purchases and billing. ColorBlitz uses purchase and entitlement information provided through StoreKit to determine access to Premium features. Premium entitlement state is not stored in the local game database.
Premium removes forced interstitial advertisements but does not remove optional rewarded advertisements. Apple describes its handling of App Store information in its App Store privacy information.
5. Notifications
ColorBlitz may offer an optional Daily Challenge reminder. If you enable it and grant notification permission, the app schedules a local reminder on your device. You can manage notification permission in iOS Settings and turn the reminder off in ColorBlitz.
6. Third-Party Services
ColorBlitz uses Apple Game Center for supported leaderboards, StoreKit for subscriptions, Google Mobile Ads for advertising, and Google UMP for applicable advertising consent. Information handled by these services is subject to the providers' own privacy practices. See Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Game progress and settings are stored locally in the app's database and device preferences. ColorBlitz does not provide an in-app tool to export, reset or delete all game data, and does not set a retention period for local game data. The app does not exclude its database from iOS device backup. Copies retained in a device backup may remain available according to your backup and restore choices; uninstalling the app may not remove those copies.
Apple and Google separately handle information processed through their services under their own retention and deletion practices. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at techbuzzapps@gmail.com.
8. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on the feature and choices available to you, you can manage notification permission in iOS Settings and reminders in ColorBlitz; manage Game Center through your Apple account and device settings; manage subscriptions through Apple; use advertising privacy options presented in ColorBlitz when available; or contact us with privacy questions or requests at techbuzzapps@gmail.com.
9. Children's Privacy
Parents or guardians with questions about a child's privacy when using ColorBlitz can contact techbuzzapps@gmail.com.
10. Security
ColorBlitz stores its local game database using iOS file protection. This platform protection helps protect the file on your device. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
11. International Services
When you use Apple or Google features in ColorBlitz, those providers handle information under their own privacy practices. For information about their processing, including any locations or transfers, see Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated when ColorBlitz, its services or applicable requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
